- Welcome to the marine benthic zone. The lowest ecological zone in any body of water. My names Dave and ill be your guide on your stay.
- Look at this I have found a couple of amazing biotic and abiotic factor. These biotic factors consist of squid, crab, and worms while the abiotic factors are rocks and water.
- Brr its getting chilly down here, , its very tough to live down here due to temperatures can drop to 2-3 degrees Celsius i gotta head inside.
- Much better the temperatures isn’t the only thing that makes it hard to live here also the pressure down here is much greater than at the surface which is why only certain species can only live here
- At night my favorites things to do is watch how all of the different species interact look here a crab has a caught a worm and is ready to eat it, this is a part of a diverse food web were energy is passed on from species to others.
