  • "It's really hard. Lots of work to do and I feel so much pressure to impress people. Even you. I'm always so overwhelmed. I just don't think I can continue anymore. Sometimes I even wish I didn't wake up. I was upset to start a new day. I don't know what to do."
  • "Hey, Alex, I noticed that you've missed out on a lot of gym sessions. I'm worried that you aren't eating enough, and that your always tired during class. Are you feeling sad? Is Everything ok?"

  • "I can understand that your going through a rough time. Perhaps you could consider talking to someone. I can recommend through text our local counsellor who I know can help you. "Look, this counsellor has talked to so many kids our age. I even talked to him. He made me feel so much better about myself. I can recognise what your going through and gurantee that you'll come out a more healthy person. Even if it scares you to talk to a stranger one-on-one, you can always do it on a video call." These feelings you have. I've seen them and I know that once you gain help you will be a healthier, happier, human being. "
