- Setting: Harlem New York.Characters: Greg Ridley, and his father.Conflict: Greg Ridley had a bad math grade. His dad was upset with him, and he did not allow Greg to play basketball.

- my treasure is clippings and a batted harmonica
- Instead of studying to get good grades to play basketball. Greg went outside and went to a building and went to a dark room and met a man named lemon brown. Lemon brown tells Greg that he has treasure. People over hear him and say they are going to hurt him if he doesn't give him the treasure. So Greg and Lemon hide so they wouldst find him or his treasure.
- RESOLUTION
- "Take care of your treasure"
- "That ill do, That ill do"
- Lemon Brown then shows Greg his treasure, Lemon Brown's treasure is a harmonica and yellowed newspaper clippings.
- Lemon Brown then tells Greg what the treasure was and why it was so important to him. The treasure was a harmonica and newspaper clippings. Lemon Brown then tells Greg why it was so important. Lemon Browns son, Jesse, died in the war and what he had with him was a harmonica and newspaper clippings.
- Then Greg goes home because it was getting late. Greg later realizes that family is important and his father was trying to tell him something.
