- Carl is a 20-year-old university student who lives in Frankston (about an hour away via public transport). He is experienced with computers as he grew up with them. He works a minimum wage job as a cashier at a café. Completed year 12 and undertaking a bachelor’s degree. Likes to skate and listen to music. Gets information from the internet as he is most comfortable online. Lazy and doesn’t have much spare time outside of work and study.Wants to go shopping with friends but is currently on a learner's permit and thusly cannot drive himself. Also wants to know which shops are available, which budget-conscious stores are open and possible transport options. Would prefer if the website is easy to navigate as he doesn't have free time to spend lost on webpages. Is so lazy he refuses to use a search function.Person by Chris, Storyboard by Akash.V

- I think later today I wanna buy a Skateboard, but I don't want to break the bank. I better check what stores are open before I go, and while I'm at it, I should figure out how to get there.
