- It was John birthday . He was feeling jovial. Immediately after school,John met up with Sarah and asked a question that might end their relationship.
- Climax
- "Sarah could i borrow your watch for a day as it is my birthday and would make me look more stunning." John asked. After a few minutes of Sarah pondering, she finally came to a decision and allowed John to borrow her watch. John felt cheerful and placed the watch on his wrist. Both of them had departed back to their house.
- Falling Action
- After reaching home immediately, John rushed to the dinner table after sniffing amazing aroma. His mother had made his favourite food Pizza. His mother Alice,Noticed that there was a watch on John wrist and immediately questioned him how did he get it. "It's from Sarah she allowed me to borrow her watch for a day" John replied in a happy mood.
- Resolution
- John took off the watch from his wrist and headed to the sink to wash his hands before eating. His sister Kili,had felt jealous and came up witha scheme to attempt stealing the watch. Kili snatched the watch and acted like nothing happened. When John came back to thedining table, he felt scared while looking around the table."Is there something that is bothering you John? Why are you looking around the table" Alice asked.
- "Nothing it's just that the watch I borrowed is gone" John replied in a panic state. Kili stood up and said that she had finished her food. While heading toher room,John saw a glimpse of the watch from her pocket and immediately rushed at her. This caused Kili to run quickly. While she was running away, the watch had fall to the ground which caused a huge shatter.
- John felt a huge wave of anger consumed him and took the watch while heading to his room. After he entered his room,heclosed the door with a huge bang. John was in disbelief and decided to break the news to Sarah by texting her . After that day, John and Sarah had stopped communicating. There were many times John attempted to talk to her again but was simply ignored . This continued until John remembered that Sarah birthday was coming up soon .He decided to give her the exact replica and give it to her as token of friendship .On the day, He gave her the watch and she forgave him .They became friends again.
