- I want to go home...
- I spent lonely and uncomfortable hours in the school halls, with an empty stomach due to my embarrassment of eating in public. I felt embarrassed to even show my face anywhere in my school, because of the fear of being judged. I wasn't anywhere popular, but I was someone to be noticed. I looked different from the others and I wanted a change.
- * Sigh *
- My parents informed me that an early college program has moved my spot up on the waiting list, and would love for me to start that next day. It was a big decision to make, and despite my insecurities at my current school, I wasn't sure if surrounding myself with strangers would make me feel any better. . .

- I took the risk and decided to transfer to the new school! Since my first day here, I've grown so much as an individual, and my confidence has improved so much! I have made many friends, and I feel like I belong. I can thank past Isabella, as I now know that I've made the right choice.
