- EROSION! It occurs when the Earth wears away. It can be caused by water, wind or ice.
- These rocks are broking down into small pieces, and creating new sets of rocks.
- This is how weathering occurs.

- hey there, children! do u wanna know about how weathering, erosion, deposition and compaction occurs in rocks?

- This is what we called Deposition.
- This rocks here and rocks that had been eroded and remain in the bottom of the sea undisturbed. What do we call this?
- Hey children! Do you see those rocks that are being compressed? That is what we call Compaction..
- Yes!, you're right. sediments would begin to stick together, cementing themselves with clay, other minerals, and fossils, and compacting to create a sedimentary rock layer
