- This is Man VS Nature because Stanley is digging a hole and the sun is making him hot, The sun is causing him to sweat and even gives him sun burn.

- This is Man VS Man because X-Ray is forsing Stanely to give him anything he finds. Stanely is having second thoughts on this.

- This is Man VS Society because Stanley took a pair of shoes that fell from the sky which counts as stealing. The shoes belonged to a famous person.
- This is Man VS Self because Stanley is thinking if he should give X-Ray what he found. He found a golden tube with K.B. on it.
