- “Who is this boy? Do I even know him? Where did you meet him? Ho-”, All her words sounded faint,making me feel overwhelmed, But i snapped out of it real quick. “Mom I always tell you about him, hes my friend and we go to school together”,As i was telling my mom, she had no clue that he was actually on the phone with me.
- “I hate to ruin like… the moment but she told me first” my aunt was muttering “OHHH MY GOD LIKE THAT MAKES IT ANY BETTER”, i was just silently yelling in my head. “So why does she know first before me if im your mother” my mom sad with a very sassy tone. I didnt know how to tell her that I was scared, but I was able to answer all her questions, She was still sitting on the bed looking upset, but she knew that that specific person was a very good friend of mine who took care of me and made me happy, so she was fine with it, although it took her a while to adjust with it.
- Till now im still in this current relationship, and my mom loves him like he’s one of her own. I still think about how I was dating him before I even told her and i laugh at myself for being scared, but her being acceptable and I feel more comfortable bringing him around her or at the house.
