- The girl gives birth at the age of 17 with the assistance of her mother and boyfriend; her mother admires the child's fortitude but is also privately concerned about what her husband might do.

- The young woman had learned she was pregnant nine months previously while crouching down; she was simultaneously thrilled and afraid.

- When she eventually found the bravery, what happened when she told her parents? What could be worse—at 17 years old, pregnant, and now homeless? How will she travel? She returned, but it was useless since her mother tried to assist but it was useless because her father was utterly enraged.

- She informed the father of her child—the first person she could think of—that she was carrying HIS child. She was surprised to learn that his parents had been listening and were now going to be grandparents!
- The father of the child surreptitiously called her mother to ask her to meet them at the hospital after her labor had just broken and she had been pregnant for nine months.
- When she notices that the baby's face resembles her ex-face boyfriend's in the images, she starts to wonder who the father of the child is.
