  • During prograsive era Alice Paul had a really significant role such as author, journalist and women's rights activist. Alice Paul fought for the women's rights movement, furthermore she was a suffragist and faminist who was dealing with women's suffrage and equal rights in the United States, Washington DC.

  • During proggresive era there were many issues that people were dealing with, but Alice Paul was taking care about allowing women to vote. She also wanted to astablish a document that would regulate the equality in the United States.

  • Alice Paul has advocated for the adoption of 19th amendment to the US constitution offering women the right to vote. Afterwards Alice Paul tried to report an EqualRights Amendment in 1923, which has not yet been accepted.
