- This is the town of North, considered as one of the smallest area in Dipaculao .
- However, while I'm walking on my way home pieces of garbage are scattered all around the area: in the streets, and the road.
- *sigh* This is quite saddening. Don't they know how to dispose trash properly?
- I am from We Care and as I observed the Barangay North needed help in solving your waste management problem. We will proposed to you our social enterprise. We will purchase every recyclable materials like palstics bottles and clothes per kilo in you barangay
- That’s a great idea,But sad to say, some people are still not following these regulations. They do not know the consequences of their neglection. I just want to give advice and persuade everyone that by starting simple acts of proper waste management can help the environment.
