- ExpositionWe are introduced to The King. Referred to as semi-barbaric, he king uses the concept of fate as mean of justice via two doors in an arena. One door leads to the tiger that will obliterate the accused and the other has the lady that the accused will be married to despite current relationships.
- ExpositionWe are introduced to The Lady. She is referred to as suitable, fair, a damsel, lovely, and radiant. She will be in one of the doors of the arena, if she is chosen she will marry the accused despite current relationships.
- ExpositionWe are also introduced to The Princess. She is The King's daughter and was described to have a fervent and imperious soul like her father.
- ExpositionFinally, we are introduced to The Lover. He is described as handsome and brave.
- ConflictThe king figures out that her daughter has been in a relationship with The Lover and decides to test The Lover's fate in the arena. Another conflict present is how The Princess's jealousy of the lady may impact her decisions.
- Rising ActionThe King looks for the most bloodthirsty tiger and a lady chosen by the judges. The Princess uses her imperious aspects to learn what is in each door. During those occurrences, The Princess has already developed jealousy.
