  • Willy comes home after a hard day's work. He still complains to his wife about his job and his living conditions because he refuses to accept that success is built by hard work and determination.
  • Climax
  • Willy will think about his brother (Ben) who went to Africa; he should have followed him to have a better success. That's why he will do everything to push his sons to success even if it will create disagreements. Willy doesn't want his sons to live the same life as him.
  • Falling action
  • Willy gets fired from his job by Horward, he is destroyed and will lose money. He realizes that despite all his efforts he will never succeed in business. And he sees that his sons have not reached his ambitions and that they become like him.
  • Resolution
  • Biff finds his father cheating on his mother; he doesn't understand his father's act and becomes angry with him. He doesn't understand his father's actions and is angry with him. That's why he doesn't talk to his father, which complicates the father-son relationship. 
  • Willy is too old to change and the past is impossible to change. He will commit suicide in a car accident, to save his family from poverty. This will allow them to use his life insurance to pay for the house and be able to live better.
  • The whole Loman family is desperate and they are all present at Willy's funeral. A feeling of pity is expressed towards Willy who sacrificed himself to save his family. You have to live and realize your dreams.
