- I feel like Xenocentrism has taken hold here. Apparently, they are believing nor saying that there is no hope of improving one's appearance in our country, so you'll have to go to another country in order to attain your desired physical appearance.

- In my opinion, It's possible to get yourself a glow up while you are still living in this country. All you need is to have some money, sufficient work and to be settled in life. Moreover, glowing up is giving yourself more confidence in your looks by loving yourself.
