- there will be freedom of speech, religion, petition, etc., and the right to keep and bear arms
- there will be freedom of searches and there will be no quartering of soldiers
- we will have a right of law, double jeopardy, self- incrimination, and have a right from speedy public trial
- we will have the right to have trials and the freedom of unishments
- lastly, we will have other rights of people and have the powers reserved other states
