  • A goal is a desired outcome or, in other words, something you want to achieve. Goals can either be short or long term, depending on the desired outcome.
  • Cardiovascular endurance involves exercising for long periods of time where your heart, lungs, and blood vessels are required to work efficiently. Is low intensity exercise for a long period of time. 
  • Body fat composition is the amount of fat in your body. High body fat composition can result in Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Kidney Disease.

  • Muscular strength is the ability of your muscles to exercise at a high weight for a short period of time.
