- Law of April 6th, 1830
- This was when the Mexican government stopped immigration from the US to Texas. It also stopped slaves to come to Texas and stopped empresario contracts. Many settlers were very upset about this law.
- Stephen F. Austin gets arrested because of suspicions of treason.
- This is the conflict at Anahuac. Many people kept ignoring the Law of April 6th, 1830. The biggest issue was when William Travis and Patrick Jack were arrested by Bradburn.
- "Let Stephen F. Austin go!"
- This is when Santa Anna won a battle! Colonists wanted to be on the winning side during the Turtle Bayou resolutions.
- This is the beginning of the Texas Revolution.
