- Go home jack no one wants you on this worksite! Your bad at your job!
- That is not okay! Some things we can start with is having sarah into my office and having a chat with her. After that im sure she will start to be more kind. And you are completley correct when you work for me we strive for our employees to get treated right. Worksafe bc also wants the best for there employee aswell.
- Lately on the worksite sarah has been verbally harasing me for no reason when im just trying to do my job. Ive tried getting her to stop by asking nicely but nothing works. And i know i have the right to being treated right on the job site!What should i do?
- Im sorry for being rude i was joking around and didnt think you would take it personal i hope you can accept my apology and we can move on and work together.
- Sarah we have had a complaint about you harrassing Jack here. In this company we treat everyone with respect. Ive braught you in today to talk to you and hopefully this will make you relize that you cant get away with harrasment. If this behavior continues then i will proceed to tell worksafe bc and they will deal with it and you will also be fired.
