  • Good day! I'm Dr. Orduña, and I will be teaching you tips on how to take care of your nervous system.
  • You should eat a well-balanced diet rich in B-12 and D vitamins, as well as healthy fats. Another way to get vitamin D and boost your body's nervous system is to expose yourself to sunlight for about 10 minutes every morning.
  • Make sure you get enough rest. Maintain a regular sleeping schedule because sleep is essential for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
  • You should refrain from smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. It is better to drink green tea as it boosts serotonin levels. Green tea contains caffeine, which helps to improve concentration, thinking ability, and focus. It can also help with insomnia, diabetes, and Parkinson's disease.
  • Include meditation in your daily routine because it helps regulate your heart rate, blood pressure levels, and breathing rate, and it calms all sympathetic nerves. You can also exercise your nervous system and brain with activities like writing by hand or playing mind games like sudoku and crossword puzzles.
  • These are just some of the ways you can take care of your nervous system. By following these tips, you can easily maintain a healthy nervous system and avoid vascular, structural, and functional disorders, infections such as meningitis, encephalitis, polio, and epidural abscess, and degeneration such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Huntington's chorea, and Alzheimer's disease.
