- Uluru was a great spiritual connection to the land Indigenous Australians. They believe that during the Dreaming their ancestors formed the large rock for them to have a spiritual connection to.
- Water acts as a gateway from physical to spiritual worlds, many water bodies are associated with sacred sites. The water bodies are presumed to have a life force which they protect.
- Plants were very significant to Australian Aboriginals because they have a connection to the land. They treated plants with respect and only took what they needed from them to prevent them from dying out.
- Southern lights had a great significance to Australian Aboriginals because it displayed the blood shed during war. They also believe that it's spirits of the dead rising up to the heavens.
- Australian Aboriginals believed that the sun was a male and the moon was a female. They believed that the sun would chase after the moon every day and they would occasionally meet in an eclipse once every while.
- Fire had a massive significance for Australian Aboriginal people. They used it to cook, make fresh water and many other things. They used it to express spiritual meanings by hosting dancing ceremonies in which they danced and told stories via dancing
