- I mean, it seems sensible, we have the means to produce it on a large scale, it's growing in popularity in Europe so there is a ready market for demand. Of all our commodities, it will give us the greatest profit.
- It’s not perishable once properly cured and it's not bulky so it shouldn't cause too many problems for transportation.
