  • To be happier in life you need to have healthy relationships with your friends, family, peers, and so on. To have a healthy relationship you need someone who will always be there for you, to listen, cheer up, or even just bring you your favorite food when you're feeling down.

  • A part of mental/emotional wellness is stress and how you deal with it. A few healthy ways to cope with stress are be open-minded, set appropriate goals for yourself, focus on your strengths and learn to recognize your limitations.

SMART goals can be as small as drinking the right amount of water everyday or as big as making a workout calendar and finishing it within the month.
