- WE NEED MONEY IN ORDER TO RUN A SCHOOL!!!
- Malala's father was broke, but wanted to run a school.
- But we don't have any :(
- Malala is a very lucky girl.
- Malala's birth was not viewed as a happy occasion by many relatives.
- Why did you get a baby girl instead of a boy?
- Her father is eventually able to get the school running, and Malala goes to it. One day, an earthquake strikes.
- EARTHQUAKE!!!!
- A man named Fazlullah grabs the support of the people by talking through the radio. This is the beginning of the rise of the Taliban.
- THIS EARTHQUAKE IS A WARNING FROM GOD! FROM NOW ON YOU MUST NOT ALLOW WOMEN TO HAVE THE FREEDOM THEY HAD BEFORE, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DIE
- Malala and her family leave their home to go somewhere safer, away from the violence of the Taliban, thus becoming IDP. (internally displaced persons)
- We must leave our home, for it is too dangerous here.
- Respected Ambassador, please help us girls get an education.
- They come back once it is relatively better, Malala continues giving influential interviews to the news.
