- Jack is new to this job , his boss amber asked him to help her to put all the heavy boxes on the top selves using the ladder.
- Uh, ya for sure
- Hi, Jack would you mind helping me put all these boxes on the top selves?
- Robbie didn't question if it was a safe idea, He just listened to Sara's orders because he was new. She also promised him to watch and be there in case anything happened.
- I'll be right her holding the ladder for you
- thanks for your help!!
- Sara looked away for just one minute to talk to a coworker, while Robbie was still on the presumably safe ladder
- Amber, I think the ladder is shaking!!! could you hold it tighter?
- Hello, Tom How it is going so far?

- While reaching for one of the shelfs, the ladder tipped over and Robbie fell down. With him flew all of the books and supplies that the box he was carrying contained.
