- 10 years later at the Spencer household...Mr and Mrs. Spencer are seeing off their kids to school, and Mr. Spencer will be going off to see a friend.
- Goodbye kids, have a good day at school!
- Goodbye kids. Goodbye love, I'm off to meet an old friend.
- Mr. Spencer meets Ben Price at a pub to catch up on things since their last meeting.
- Well, you don't have to worry about that any more. Those days are long behind me now, and this time wont be like the time I got out of Springfield.
- Hello Benny, how's life been in Elmore? Been boring since I left?
- Oh yes, I remember! You robbed 4 banks after you got out, expertly done robberies with your trademark combination knob.
- Hello "Ralph", it's been peaceful, boring but peaceful. I still wake up sometimes thinking there would be no more money in the bank.
- Mr. Price Comes into the Spencer kids' classroom, and apparently he's a guest speaker for their history class.
- Kids I'm sure you've heard of our guest speaker for today, but if you haven't this is the famous Detective Price. Now, Mr. Price what will you be talking to the kids about?
- Hello, as you've heard I am Detective Price and I'll be speaking about a case that I was personally apart of and made headlines 10 years ago. The Jimmy Valentine case.
