- What if I die? What if I lose my family?
- "Dear God, please hear me out this time. I know that you might be disappointed in me because I haven't been praying that much... I've sinned quite a lot lately and I'm deeply sorry for that... but please make sure to keep my family and I safe from the virus. Please, please, prioritize us first. I don't really care about the others, what matters the most is that my family and I are kept safe during this pandemic. Amen."
- Her fearful thoughts kept her up the whole night and she couldn't sleep. No matter what she tried to do to keep those thoughts out of her head, she couldn't help but be scared of the uncertainty of their future, now that they're in the middle of a pandemic that may put her whole family at risk.
- After a while, she decided to pray to God following her mom's advice to ask Him for her family's safety and protection. But she never cared about the others. Her desperation to keep her own family safe made her forget about other people because her family is all that matters to her.
