  • hmmmm i havent been feeling good lately. Maybe i should choose 2 factors that play into my mental health and analyze them
  • i know what ill choose to analyze. I will be monitering the quality and quantity of sleep and how much water im getting. I know these play into my mental health because on days when im wellrested and properly hydrated i tend to have a better day
  • I predict that if i sleep for longer and better, I will have more energy and my overall mood will increase. Let's say i go to sleep earlier so i have a minimum of 8 hours
  • I predict that staying hydrated could boost my energy and well-being. I will try to drink 8oz of water each day.
  • i have been sleeping for 8 hours and drinking 8oz of water every day for the past week. I have noticed an increase in energy and mood and a decrease in stress and tiredness. This has helped me in the short term because ive done better on all my school work and tests, but it also has the potential to help me in the long term if i consistently keep up these healthy habits.
  • Im gonna tell others about this because it helped me. Its a boost in all aspects of life and some people need that
