- A pleasure to meet you to. I look forward to helping with you. Follow me to this town's makeshift Hospital since town's leader has set up a small celebration for your much needed arrival and for you to rest.
- Doctor John! Welcome to Kenya. You must be tired from the long trip.
- It is the right thing to do Pastor Beck thank you for being among the people who taught me to always think and do good.
- I pray God will always be with you my son and for you to never forget him now that you'll be going to another country.
- Don't mention it. We should always help those in need. By the way I want to say I'm proud of you son. You are our town's Doctor you helped treat a lot of the townsfolk free of charge when you became a license Doctor.
- Thank you Pastor. Don't worry I'll always find time to visit our hometown.
- By the way, I think other fellow Church members are already waiting for us inside. We can continue our talk after the Thanksgiving Mass
