- These people who are destroying things in hordes need to be put down. That's dumb. We need a new government that can raise an army to stop these people.
- We can't. Under the Articles of Confederation, we can't raise an army. Exactly my dear.
- Glisser: 2
- These "Articles of Confederation" are making it impossible for me to trade anything with anyone for any half-decent price! All I keep getting are half worn shoes and poorly made adult beverages!
- I know. I am not liking all this garbage about how they can't regulate trade. I wish someone would make a new government that could do what was needed!
- Glisser: 3
- The people are not happy. They want a new government that has more power, but not too much power.
- OK, then. Let's make another new government, but this time it will actually be able to do what needs to be done. It will be outlined in a document called, The Constitution.
- How are we going to do that? We have done the best we can, haven't we?
- No, we haven't. We need to raise the power of the federal government so that it can maintain the nation, without dominating over it.
