  • Beware the ides of March.
  • In this scene Cassius talks to Brutus about him becoming leader, instead of Caesar; but Brutus doesn't think he's good enough.
  • This scene shows part of Cassius' plan to bring Brutus to his side. The plan is to make Brutus believe that the citizens of Rome want him to be leader, so that he is more likely to take down Caesar.
