- Lately I've been noticing that I've become taller and that my breasts becoming bigger. Pimples are also appearing on my face. What is happening to me?
- Why are my hips wider and why does my sister now tell me that I stink and why is hair growing around my vagina?

- Growth spurts, breast development and acne (pimples) are some of the first signs that you are starting puberty. What's happening to you is totally normal and everyone goes through it.
- Social Changes 2
- Why can't I'm go to the mall with my friends? I'm becoming independent.
- All these thing are normal for a girl to go through in puberty. If you have any questions, ask a trusted adult or find a trusted website to help you understand.
- Emotional Changes 1
- Jake is so cute! I hope he notices me. Maybe then my dreams of dating him might come true!
- While going through the physical changes in puberty, you will also go through social changes. You might find a new best friend or a new friend group, but can still stay friends with your old ones.
- Oh My Gosh! What is she doing?! Why is she sitting with that orange haired girl?
- She's allowed to sit with who she wants, Caraline.
- Some social changes might be that you want some independence to go out on your own or with some friends. If your parents say no, don't yell at them, but try to understand their reasoning.
- An Emotional change that happens through puberty is when you start to develop sexual feelings towards someone you want to more than 'just frinds' with.
