Romeo faces off with Tybalt after Tybalt killed Mercutio. They fight and Romeo kills Tybalt. (3.1.117-127)
Romeo and Juliet meet up before Romeo heads off for Verona. Juliet tells him that the light separates them and to go and if the men find Romeo, they'll kill him (3.5.26-36)
Romeo buys poison after he hears that Juliet died. ( 5.1. 80-89 ) Romeo says that he will rebel against the stars ( which means fate ) so he kills himself.(5.1 24-26)
