- The first phase of SDLC is planning. This phase is where the begin when steering committee received a project request,
- Besides, this phase usually consist of five to nine member for example vice president, manager and others
- Wow that's was amazing. What about the four major activities that performed?

- For the first major is review and approve the project requests
- Next, prioritize the project requests
- Third, allocate resources such as money, people, equipment and others.
