- Andrew and Kerry met each other in high school. Andrew was taken by a childcare agency when he was a Junior due to living by himself. Kerry was a sophomore when this happened. After a few years, Kerry went to college and met up with Andrew again. Once they were both graduated, they got married.
- Kerry and Andrew's first child was a girl. They gave her the name Renee Roman. They liked calling her Ren. 3 years later, they had another girl. They named her Zelena Roman. They liked to call her Zella.
- After many years, Andrew and Kerry had a boy. They named him Nathan Roman. He and Zella have a one-year difference. 3 years after Nathan was born, Andrew and Kerry had another boy. They named him William Jerry Roman.
- After many years, Renee got married. During this time, Nathan is getting ready to leave for college. Jerry is the only child left living with Kerry and Andrew.
- Kerry and Andrew have a granddaughter. She is Renee's daughter. Her name is Rosy Anne Sanders. Rosy Anne is spending the day with her grandparents. Ren came home for a little bit to say goodbye to Jerry. He is leaving for college.
- Kerry and Andrew are spending their retirement vacation together. Now they have 5 grandchildren. 10-year-old Rosy Anne, 5-year-old Camden James, and 2-year-old Caisen John are Renee's 3 children. 2-year-old Oliver Michael and 1-year-old Elsie May are Zella's children. Kerry and Andrew look back on their lives and agree that their meeting was a change for the better.
