- A pleasant morning to everyone! Welcome, and thank you for attending this meeting. We have gathered you here to present the proposal that our club prepared. Today, we will discuss our project called “Read(y) Youth.” The general objectives are to help many children in different barangay learn how to read and to improve their reading ability. With that being said, I now open the floor for your suggestions. Do you agree or have any comments or suggestions about our project?

- I also agree, and I have a suggestion that will also help many children in different barangays to improve their reading abilities. It is by establishing a regular reading routine that will allow them to set aside time daily to read so that they can substantially increase and improve their reading abilities in different barangays.
