- Anyone else dazzled by people finding gold in Mexico and silver in Peru? I'm willing to gamble my left cheek on us striking gold at Virginia! Watch, if I'm wrong. Shoot me in the behind, blow my back out, or whatever.
- Gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead and nickel were all found everywhere around Virginia, burried deep down. Along with large reserves of coal, oil and natural gas. I just happened to miss all of it when my favorite butt cheek was on the line.
- Okay okay okay, so I was wrong, I keep my promises so stick it in and fire on my command ;)
- OH GREAT HEAVENS!!!
- Screw this swamp, how about us workers, skilled artisans, and professional people take our talents near and afar to a center of wealth.
- Got here through the improvements in transportation. New canals, roads, railroads and steamships. HAZZAH!
- The economic opportunities in these cities drew me to migrate here. YIPPY!
- Since those chumps fed our urban centers we've experienced a growth of wealth, technological innovations and political power. HIP HIP!

- Whatever cities most accessable to most should be the cities, right? :D
