- We began with a brainstorm session and identified a problem - this Online MBA program is going to be hard, and finding a tutor for these advanced classes is going to be harder.

- Classic tutoring is hard to get right. There are tutors for every subject, but they typically do not know the textbooks, professors, or course requirements. Also, they can be expensive and hard to schedule.

- Teach it Forward
- We assumed a beginner's mindset and conducted interviews with empathy. The goal of the interviews was to listen to the struggles and pain points of graduate students and tutors.
- How Will You Get Involved?
- The greatest question arose out of the interviews: how might we create a tutoring program that connects current students with tutors who had taken those classes previously?
- BSU
- The solution is Teach it Forward. This unique tutoring service connects BSU OMBA students with tutors who have previously taken and excelled in a specific class, like Design Thinking and Strategy.
- The goal of Teach it Forward is to give back to the BSU OMBA program. The best way to learn is to teach, and when we all succeed, we all do better. How will you get involved?
