- Hello Hancock, how have you been?. Can you believe that the anti federalist fear our central government. I don't agree with that at all.
- What nonsense tell me more. I don't agree with this at all. I believe strong central government is good it is essential to maintain order. Please tell me more about how you think Im wrong lets go for a walk.

- Well thats interesting I think that its necessary and is useless i trust the structure of our central government. This limited our powers.
- Well you see I oppose to this a strong Central government can become a tyrannical and distant from needs of citizens. I believe this can be a threat to rights and liberties to much power is to be feared
- I would say that we actually need the Bill Of Rights its essential to protect individual liberties.

- I would say if anything it helps us out and guarantees protection. I like this it gives explicit protection. Plus the bill of rights leaves no room for abuse of power.
