Clark has now worsened the situation. Instead of choosing a healthier option to cope, he took drugs and now that he's come down from the high, he feels horrible. In addition to that, his parents are now angry at him and his bullying problem persists and hasn't been resolved.
Guilt/shame
Ugh, I feel horrible now. Those pills made me sick and I might have to go to the hospital. Those kids are still going to bully me. Why did I do this? Maybe I should've just talked to someone about this
