- Everyone comes to an understanding that Lutho will be given a second chance at her job which means for the next 3 weeks she will be monitored.

- Do you guys know what a trade union is? well I will explain, a trade union is a group of workers that is formed to protect workers and their rights in the work place, while a shop steward is elected by the members to be the one who represent them when on of their rights have been invalidated. the shop steward that has been chosen needs to be able to communicate, honest and a good listener.
