- The Lyme disease is caused by the bacterium It’s transmitted to humans through the bite of infected black legged or a deer tick ,which usually found close to the ground, on woody area ,hung onto small bushes and tall grasses transmit to the animal like a dog or a person makes contact the ticks attached themselves to the skin to feed,the bacteria enter your skin through the bite and causes the symptoms.

- When go to outdoor activities you must stay in the middle of the trail instead of going through high,grasses wear long sleeved shirts long pants,tuck pant into boots and cover your hair as well to prevent ticks from crawling up legs or hair.
- No it’s not contagious,it can only transmit.yes,Antibiotics can effectively treat
