- Father, no!
- Long ago, a fierce and powerful king ruled over a kingdom of many. He was a king of ideas and justice. One of his ideas lead to the kingdoms main entertainment, justice, and marriage of many accused individuals. The king's idea was an arena with 2 doors, one with a tiger ready to kill on site, and one with a lady awaiting marriage. The king found his method to be very popular whether it was for punishment or a wedding, he believe that fate would take the lead, and it did. Now, the king also had a beautiful daughter who was like him in several ways. She was his pride and joy, and finding out that she was in love with a commoner would surely disappoint him.
- Climax
- The princess was in love with the finest and bravest young man in the land. They swore to keep it a secret from the king, for if he found out he surely would not approve. What they didn't know was that the king already had his suspicions about where the princess was taking off to so often.
- Falling Action
- One day, when the princess and young man were together in the village the king had followed the princess and caught them together. The king knew how to punish both of them. He told them both that they could not be together and that the young man would be tried in the arena at a later date after being sent to prison.
- Resolution
- On the day of the young man's trial, the princess had a secret. She knew which door had the tiger, and which door had the lady. The man trusted her to find out, and she did. When the man stepped out into the arena, all eyes were on him, but his eyes were only focused on the princess. He made an expression asking " which one?." The princess made a flick with her wrist to the door on the mans right, which he proceeded to open.
- To the man's surprise, the princess had lead him straight to the tiger! The man was beyond frightened as he began backing up in a panic. The tiger proceeded towards the man, sending the horror even deeper into the man and the crowd. The princess watched in horror at what she had done, while the king smiled gleefully while watching the man be punished.
- Finally, the tiger had pounced onto the man, devouring him. The princess in shock could barely bare to watch. The crowd watched with disappointment as the finest and bravest man was sent to a blessed place to wait for the princess. The princess knew where he would be and felt relieved that she would see him again. The jealously she had for the other lady melted from her allowing her to feel at ease.
