- I have some goals I want to obtain. I have set my goals to be 1. Learn to provide support and stimulation.2. Develop my skill on task allocation.3. Deepen my understanding of Leadership.4. Attend Leading EDGE.
- How will I out this into play ? Enroll in Edge leadership/FISH courses. Provide my Leaders with my plan for sucess. Advise my leaders of plan and ask for opporunity to excerise my leadership skills.
