- Ellis found intel files about Black Baton plotting to kill the Governor of Pennsylvania and seize the capitol building. The governor wanted to enforce gun control as an effort to prevent gun crime. Tomorrow evening, Ellis is sent alone by Markinson to stop the massacre. Ellis is ordered to stay after closing time. He goes to an office to prepare for a security sweep.

- Markinson had a close relationship with Pennsylvania governor and was going to meet with her at Virginia Capitol in two days to discuss Pharcom and gun control. 18 Pennsylvania government officials were silently held captive for 18 hours. The scene outside appears nothing is happening. On the inside, all security and tourists were gone and didn't realize this occured.

- The Capitol is heavily guarded by Black Baton. Ellis uses silenced Glock 17, gas grenades, knife and SG Sig 510 and kills the 3 guards inside the Capitol building main entrance area before sweeping the rest of the interior and finding intel of what else led to this unexpected assault. When enemies are alerted to Ellis presence, a time limit will start.
- What Each Terrorist Faction Are Transporting
- Thanks to Ellis's extraordinary heroism the president of United States made a speech and awarded Ellis with Bronze Star award. Ellis was later recruited into the C.I.A. and retired from the U.S. Army as a Captain.
- Vince Hadden host meeting about getting rid of Markinson and all of his operatives with Mara Aramov, Erich Rhomer, Lyle Stevens, Dillion Morgan, Faulkan, Holman, Commander Silvers, Polk, Kravitch, Gabrek, Kavanov, Marcos, Girduex, Evil Scientists, Erickson, Archer, Lt Cooley, and Anderson. Anderson spoke up and decided to assassinate Markinson to cripple all counter terrorism units.
- While every faction are transporting and providing their goods for profit, the Somali Pirates are the only ones who are being supplied, apparently by the Soviet Military who went to war with Afghanistan.
