  • Michelle has a lot to do today. She would love to clean her room and get all of her tasks done, however Michelle is very overwhelmed and is struggling to get out of bed.
  • Michelle's First Daily TaskDeep Breathe for 5 minutes
  • Michelle's 2nd Daily Task
  • Michelle picks up her phone and is immediately overwhelmed by the amount of text messages and notifications she has received.
  • Michelle gets a daily check in notification and becomes even more overwhelmed. Even so, Michelle decides to check in with our app.
  • Michelle opens the app and checks in. Michelle's first daily task includes deep breathing for five minutes and Michelle participates.
  • While Michelle is still overwhelmed with all she has to accomplish, the deep breathing exercise helped her feel a bit more comfortable with starting her day
  • Later in the day, Michelle found herself completing her tasks, a few at a time, with the help of periodic reminders to deep breathe. One of her biggest struggles is showering and Michelle was able to get one in by the end of her day.
