- When I wake up I turn on my curtain lights which is an example of Electrical Energy. It is kinetic energy because the particles in the light are moving.
- Chemical
- Once I get up I go to my other room to get ready and while I get ready my Alexa is playing music which is an example of Sound Energy. Listening to music is kinetic energy because whenever the music is playing it produces sound waves.
- Electromagnetic
- Once I start getting ready I plug my straightener in so that I can straighten my hair which is an example of Thermal Energy. (There was no hair straightener so I just used a hair comb and steam coming off of it.) When using a straightener it is using both kinetic and potential energy because the straightener is not moving on its own which is potential but when I am moving it too straighten my hair it is using kinetic energy.

- Once in done getting ready I go downstairs to get something to eat. Once I get to the Kitchen I turn the light on which is an example of Chemical Energy. That is kinetic energy because the particles in the light are moving.
- Once I get to the kitchen after I turn the light on then I make breakfast using heat which is an example of Electromagnetic Energy. Making breakfast is kinetic energy because the food is cooking is it moving.
- After I eat I go to school. Going to school is potential energy because I am moving.
