- I’m sitting at my table and I see something in the corner of my eye. It was a piece of paper.
- I quickly grab it and go outside to see what it is. I open the paper and it’s a treasure map.
- I get in my car and I drive 45 minutes away from here and follow the treasure map.
- I see the X in the sand. There a shovel leaning up against a cactus. I grab the the shovel and start digging. Thinking that i’ll be rich after I find the treasure. After minutes of digging, there was nothing. I was so exhausted but I was determined on getting the treasure. I sat against a tree and started looking around to see if there was anything else to help me dig. I found a even bigger shovel near the water.
- I grab the shovel and go back to the spot. I start digging. Finally, the shovel hit something hard. I put my hand on the hard chest. I was so happy and cheerful. I dig up more of the sand and start trying to carry up the chest to the top. It was so heavy and no one was there to help. But I eventually got it up.
- I open the chest and there was nothing there. I couldn’t believe it, all the effort for nothing. I really thought I would get rich that day but I didn’t..
