- Good morning mam. how are you doing today? Yes I am here to hopefully start working the new elementary school teacher position here at Spring Hill Elementary.
- Good Morning, I believe you are Chadwick and applying here to be the New Elementary School Teacher here at Spring Hill Elementary?
- Yes mam, so my name is Chadwick Boseman, I have a wife along with two kids. I have been teaching for six years now. I even graduated from Yale university. I know what it takes to run a classroom. I also many activities outside of teaching. For example, play sports, rock climb, photography, and many other activities.
- So Chadwick, tell me about yourself and your teaching experience?
- I would like to say those are some amazing questions. to answer the first question, I would say I love to educate students, but also give them a positive foundation with life skills. I also feel being a good positive co-worker is also very important because I love to show I would not produce bad or negativity energy towards anyone. My biggest strength in my opinion is my leadership and also communication skills. My recent accomplishment is I was enrolled into the best teacher of the year at Clemson Elementary .
- That is amazing Chadwick, now let me ask you a few questions. Why do you want to be a part of this school administration?, What is your biggest strength?, and Tell me a recent accomplishment of yours?
- I will say my biggest weakness is that my procrastination likes to be a part of my life, but I have been working on it by getting things done early. My career goals is to own my own business that becomes successful.
- That accomplishment is beautiful to hear. Just a few more questions, then we will be all done. The two questions are what is your biggest weakness? and what is your career goals?
- Chadwick, Do you have any questions for me? That is a very good question. A typical school day is very well. We never really encounter any bad students in this development. I would say there one to three kids that get into trouble.
- Yes I do. I would like to ask how well does a school day run here? Foe example , how many problems do you encounter here?
