- Daisy Invites Nick and Gatsby for dinner. Daisy introduces her daughter to Gatsby. through the dinner tom gets a feeling that something is going on between Daisy and Gatsby but he doesn't know what exactly
- After Daisy gives the idea of them going into town so they split up Gatsby and Daisy go into Tom's car meanwhile Tom, Nick and Jordan go in Gatsby's car gatsby car however is low on gas so Tom stops by Wilson gas station and tom ends up telling Wilson he can have his car first thing tomorrow morning
- Gatsby and Tom get into an argument during that argument Gatsby somewhat reveals the truth about how he got his money after the argument gatsby leaves with a very sad Dasiy in his car meanwhile Tom, Jordan, and Nick stay a little behind and Nick remembers that today was his birthday
- On the way home Tom, Nick, Jordan notice some commotion going on at Wilson's Gas Station Tom then discovers Myrtle his mistress had been killed by a car that matches the description of Gatsby's
- Nick finds Gatsby outside of Tom's house so he confronts him about Myrtle but Gatsby reveals that he wasn't the one who killed Myrtle and how it was Daisy who was driving and hit her
